Together with foster carers, we provide safe, loving homes for children and young people who are unable to live with their birth families. The service supports young people from the age of five onwards and follows a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach.
Our team prides itself on being a ‘fostering family’, made up of incredible children, young people, foster carers and our staff team. We’re a friendly and professional team who provide dedicated, round-the-clock care and support to young people and foster families.
As a foster carer with Kibble, you can expect:
- Generous fostering fees and allowance

- Full training and qualifications
- Ongoing professional development
- Dedicated key worker
Kibble Fostering sits alongside our Adult Placement Services, with Hubs located in West and Central Scotland. Our Adult Placement Services provide ongoing care and support to young people moving into adulthood, with support aligned to individual need.
All young people are supported by Kibble’s Specialist Intervention Services, provided a range of therapeutic support by our in-house team of psychologists, counsellors and therapeutic practitioners. This support is also extended to foster carers and birth families through our systemic family service.
All our services are aligned to individual need ensuring young people get the right support, at the right time, using the right therapeutic interventions.
Our services are sector-leading, as evidenced in our recent Care Inspection where we were graded ‘excellent’ in the areas of care planning and support. You can read the Care Inspection Report here.
